NAALADL2-AS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAALADL2-AS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,187 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAALADL2-AS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAALADL2, LIMA1_S93, and MYEF2. Each is linked with NAALADL2-AS3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAALADL2-AS3-to-partner and partner-to-NAALADL2-AS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAALADL2-AS3 versus NAALADL2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAALADL2-AS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAALADL2-AS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
