Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAALADL2-AS3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NAALADL2-AS3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher NAALADL2-AS3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAALADL2-AS3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

PAAD, ACC, and READ are the cancer types where NAALADL2-AS3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
