NAALADL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAALADL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,522 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAALADL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN2, SEPTIN7, and ILK. Each is linked with NAALADL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAALADL1-to-partner and partner-to-NAALADL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAALADL1 versus SEPTIN2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAALADL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAALADL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
