NAALADL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAALADL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,810 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAALADL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are METTL17, CLPX, and CRK. Each is linked with NAALADL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAALADL1-to-partner and partner-to-NAALADL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, METTL17 grouped by NAALADL1-low versus NAALADL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAALADL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAALADL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
