NAALADL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAALADL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAALADL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, LKB1, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with NAALADL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAALADL1-to-partner and partner-to-NAALADL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by NAALADL1-low versus NAALADL1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAALADL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAALADL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
