NAALADL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAALADL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 199 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAALADL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4X2, PRAMEF25, and FERD3L. Each is linked with NAALADL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAALADL1-to-partner and partner-to-NAALADL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4X2 grouped by NAALADL1-low versus NAALADL1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAALADL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAALADL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
