NAA50

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,386 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA50-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GMPS, KPNA1, and UMPS. Each is linked with NAA50 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA50-to-partner and partner-to-NAA50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAA50 versus GMPS in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA50→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
