NAA50

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA50 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,442 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA50-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-918P, NDUFAF2P1, and IGHV1-69D. Each is linked with NAA50 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA50-to-partner and partner-to-NAA50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-918P grouped by NAA50-low versus NAA50-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA50→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
