Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAA38 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NAA38 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher NAA38 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAA38 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where NAA38 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
