NAA38

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,551 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA38-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YWHAE, SPAG7, and SMG6. Each is linked with NAA38 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA38-to-partner and partner-to-NAA38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAA38 versus YWHAE in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA38→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
