Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA38 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,358 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAA38-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC6, SLIRP, and NAA30. Each is linked with NAA38 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA38-to-partner and partner-to-NAA38 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAA38 versus PSMC6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA38→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
