Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA38 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAA38-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3126, RNA5SP524, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with NAA38 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA38-to-partner and partner-to-NAA38 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3126 grouped by NAA38-low versus NAA38-high in CESC.
