NAA38

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAA38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,406 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA38-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere assembly, Mitochondrial proton-transporting ATP synthase complex assembly, and Proton-transporting ATP synthase complex assembly. Each is linked with NAA38 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA38-to-partner and partner-to-NAA38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Telomere assembly grouped by NAA38-low versus NAA38-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA38→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
