NAA35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,737 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA35-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EHMT1, RABL6, and BRD3. Each is linked with NAA35 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA35-to-partner and partner-to-NAA35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAA35 versus EHMT1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA35→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
