Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA35 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,554 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAA35-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAA30, TIMM9, and TRMT5. Each is linked with NAA35 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA35-to-partner and partner-to-NAA35 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAA35 versus NAA30 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA35→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
