Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAA30 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NAA30 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NAA30 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAA30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where NAA30 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
