Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA30 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,893 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAA30-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARVG, ERH, and DAAM1. Each is linked with NAA30 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA30-to-partner and partner-to-NAA30 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAA30 versus PARVG in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA30→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
