NAA30

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA30 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,733 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA30-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02871, RPS3AP32, and ST13P14. Each is linked with NAA30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA30-to-partner and partner-to-NAA30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02871 grouped by NAA30-low versus NAA30-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA30→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
