NAA25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAA25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,849 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA25-associated genes across cancer lineages are SART3, PPP1CC, and MAPKAPK5. Each is linked with NAA25 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA25-to-partner and partner-to-NAA25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAA25 versus SART3 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA25→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
