NAA15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,619 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, NCAPH, and NCAPG. Each is linked with NAA15 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA15-to-partner and partner-to-NAA15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAA15 versus SMC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA15→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
