Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,856 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPG, PAICS, and TOP2A. Each is linked with NAA10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA10-to-partner and partner-to-NAA10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAA10 versus NCAPG in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
