Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, N6AMT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible N6AMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL745P, H3P22, and MIR5189. Each is linked with N6AMT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both N6AMT1-to-partner and partner-to-N6AMT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL745P grouped by N6AMT1-low versus N6AMT1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (N6AMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→N6AMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
