N4BP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, N4BP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,442 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible N4BP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGLJ5, TSPY16P, and RNU6-598P. Each is linked with N4BP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both N4BP3-to-partner and partner-to-N4BP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGLJ5 grouped by N4BP3-low versus N4BP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (N4BP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→N4BP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
