Across TCGA cell cohorts, N4BP2L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,019 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible N4BP2L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation, Regulation of cytoplasmic mRNA processing body assembly, and Positive regulation of cytoplasmic mRNA processing body assembly. Each is linked with N4BP2L2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both N4BP2L2-to-partner and partner-to-N4BP2L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation grouped by N4BP2L2-low versus N4BP2L2-high in OESOPHAGUS.
