MZT2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MZT2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MZT2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4422, LINC01706, and LINC02190. Each is linked with MZT2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MZT2A-to-partner and partner-to-MZT2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4422 grouped by MZT2A-low versus MZT2A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MZT2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MZT2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
