MZT1P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MZT1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,316 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MZT1P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF767P, UBN2, and CCT6P3. Each is linked with MZT1P2 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MZT1P2-to-partner and partner-to-MZT1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MZT1P2 versus ZNF767P in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MZT1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MZT1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
