MYT1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYT1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,504 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYT1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NEFH_S540, SORBS2_S150, and BCL2L12_S242. Each is linked with MYT1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYT1L-to-partner and partner-to-MYT1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYT1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYT1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
