Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYT1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 931 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYT1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR3B, TBX4, and RNU6-1160P. Each is linked with MYT1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYT1L-to-partner and partner-to-MYT1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYT1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYT1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
