MYSM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYSM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,793 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYSM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF220, SF3B3, and TRIM33_S862. Each is linked with MYSM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYSM1-to-partner and partner-to-MYSM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYSM1 versus RNF220 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYSM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYSM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
