MYSM1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYSM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,747 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYSM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGTPBP1, CHASERR, and MDN1. Each is linked with MYSM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYSM1-to-partner and partner-to-MYSM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYSM1 versus AGTPBP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYSM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYSM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
