Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYSM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,803 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYSM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Late viral transcription, Microtubule polymerization, and Regulation of centrosome cycle. Each is linked with MYSM1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYSM1-to-partner and partner-to-MYSM1 results are reported.
