MYRIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYRIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,801 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYRIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMARCA2, KIAA1109, and DMXL1. Each is linked with MYRIP in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYRIP-to-partner and partner-to-MYRIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYRIP versus SMARCA2 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYRIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYRIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
