MYRIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYRIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYRIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSX1, SAXO1, and CXCR5. Each is linked with MYRIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYRIP-to-partner and partner-to-MYRIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSX1 grouped by MYRIP-low versus MYRIP-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYRIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYRIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
