MYRFL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYRFL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 84 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYRFL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGM7, OR10G3, and OR1M1. Each is linked with MYRFL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYRFL-to-partner and partner-to-MYRFL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TGM7 grouped by MYRFL-low versus MYRFL-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYRFL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYRFL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
