MYRF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYRF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,937 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYRF-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01072, KRT128P, and PNPP1. Each is linked with MYRF in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYRF-to-partner and partner-to-MYRF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01072 grouped by MYRF-low versus MYRF-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYRF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYRF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
