Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYRF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYRF-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Src_pY527, and MAPK_pT202_Y204. Each is linked with MYRF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYRF-to-partner and partner-to-MYRF results are reported.
