Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYRF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,857 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYRF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with MYRF in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYRF-to-partner and partner-to-MYRF results are reported.
