Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYRF-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,835 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYRF-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRXL2B, PTER, and PYGL. Each is linked with MYRF-AS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYRF-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-MYRF-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYRF-AS1 versus PRXL2B in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYRF-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYRF-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
