MYPOP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYPOP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,288 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYPOP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PNKP, TRIM28, and XRCC1. Each is linked with MYPOP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYPOP-to-partner and partner-to-MYPOP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYPOP versus PNKP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYPOP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYPOP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
