Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYPOP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 627 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYPOP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, ABHD12, and TUBB1. Each is linked with MYPOP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYPOP-to-partner and partner-to-MYPOP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYPOP versus PRODH in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYPOP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYPOP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
