MYPOP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYPOP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 490 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYPOP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND5P35, LINC00404, and IGLVIV-59. Each is linked with MYPOP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYPOP-to-partner and partner-to-MYPOP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND5P35 grouped by MYPOP-low versus MYPOP-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYPOP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYPOP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
