Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYPOP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,217 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYPOP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, Regulation of protein localization to centrosome, and Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with MYPOP in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYPOP-to-partner and partner-to-MYPOP results are reported.
