Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYPN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,976 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYPN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCU, PAF1, and ASH2L. Each is linked with MYPN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYPN-to-partner and partner-to-MYPN results are reported.
