MYPN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYPN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,488 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF4A, NPS, and OIP5. Each is linked with MYPN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYPN-to-partner and partner-to-MYPN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF4A grouped by MYPN-low versus MYPN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
