MYOZ3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOZ3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOZ3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP416, SDR42E1P5, and RN7SL110P. Each is linked with MYOZ3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOZ3-to-partner and partner-to-MYOZ3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP416 grouped by MYOZ3-low versus MYOZ3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOZ3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOZ3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
