MYOZ1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOZ1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,282 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MGP, MAN1C1, and KLF2. Each is linked with MYOZ1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOZ1-to-partner and partner-to-MYOZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYOZ1 versus MGP in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
