MYOZ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOZ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 239 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP45, HERC2P1, and RN7SL565P. Each is linked with MYOZ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOZ1-to-partner and partner-to-MYOZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP45 grouped by MYOZ1-low versus MYOZ1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
