MYOT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,591 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL27, PEBP1_S54, and PPP3CC. Each is linked with MYOT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOT-to-partner and partner-to-MYOT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYOT versus RPL27 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
