MYOSLID

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOSLID RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,860 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOSLID-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGA5, IKBIP, and PLAU. Each is linked with MYOSLID in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOSLID-to-partner and partner-to-MYOSLID results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYOSLID versus ITGA5 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOSLID→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOSLID) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
