MYOM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,767 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYGM, SYNPO2, and PPP1R12B. Each is linked with MYOM1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOM1-to-partner and partner-to-MYOM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYOM1 versus PYGM in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
